Founder of Cotown, he revolutionised the shared rental market for young professionals. At 3 Capital Real Estate, he managed strategic investments in Madrid and Barcelona. He began his career in the PromobuildingGroup, developing more than 1,000 dwellings in Catalonia and the French part of Cerdanya. Alex has more than 25 years of experience in strategic sales, the management of sales teams and sales forces. Since 2014, he has specialised in the real estate sector as Managing Partner at Item-Fitch (Grupo Everest) and as founding partner of 3 Capital Real Estate. He is also a founding partner of Olbers Real Estate and an expert in real estate brokerage, negotiation, and client support throughout the process of buying and selling and valuing real estate assets, with a particular focus on residential buildings and land. Previously, he developed his professional career in Corporate Finance at Deloitte Corporate Finance (formerly Arthur Andersen) and Canaliza (Grupo Caja Navarra \u2013 Caixabank).
