One of Stork’s partners participated in the creation and subsequent management of an integrated development company with more than 60 employees across its architecture, management and sales and marketing departments, as well as its own construction company.

Projects in Barcelona and its metropolitan area, as well as in the provinces of Girona, Tarragona and Lleida. Amongst others, a mountain resort was developed in the French part of Cerdanya with 92 units, including apartments, semi-detached and detached houses with a club house and swimming pool.

More than 750 dwellings built with a total investment of over €150 million.
