  • Document management: contracts, deeds, official documents, etc.
  • Participation in the Investment Committee: a priori the management company must have control of the Investment Committee to safeguard objectivity in decision-making with regard to the Front Office team.
  • Transaction execution: the Manager is the administrator of the investment vehicle and therefore has ultimate responsibility for the investments and management of the vehicle. Limited powers of attorney may be granted for certain transactions.
